“Nn…mm…” It didn’t matter how virtuous or innocent Vanessa had been; the naivete of believing she could restrain her body’s growth by binding it was astounding. It was a stark contrast to the woman who’d so eagerly sought his pleasure just days ago.
And that was what drove him mad. The fact that Vanessa was so acutely aware of him, so consumed by shame, yet so faithfully responding to his touch.
“Look how swollen they are already, just from a little touch. See?” He lowered his head and took her engorged n*pple in his mouth. Sour and sweet, with a faint hint of salt. The taste of the sweat that had dried on her skin after a day spent in the garden, now softened by the sea breeze, was like a ripe fig. The raw, primal taste and scent ignited his desire.
Everything was excessively satisfying. The fullness of her flesh in his hand, the way her skin clung damply to his lips, the delicate flesh that marked so easily beneath his touch, and even the soft moans she couldn’t suppress.

Gently, he wiped her lips with his dry fingers. Gasping, Vanessa nuzzled her cheek against his hand, mistaking it for solace. Her damp eyelashes fluttered like fragile butterflies.
“R-River, my…my heart is beating so…fast.” Her voice, thick with heat, struggled to form words between breaths. Theodore chuckled, his hand closing around her throat. Thump-thump-thump. The frantic beat of her heart vibrated against his palm.
“Yes. I hear it.”
“Don’t…don’t stop. Continue…”
“Continue?”
“Mm…mm?”
“The spider you asked me to find is already gone, Vanessa.” A look of confusion clouded Vanessa’s eyes, as if she were only now recalling the reason for this entire ordeal. Like soothing an obedient child, Theodore smoothed her hair behind her ear.
“So, you need to tell me exactly what you want me to do.” Her grey eyes widened in disbelief, then narrowed with a flash of accusation, as if she’d just realized his duplicity. But the glare didn’t last.
“W-we’re…lovers…”
“Contractually, at least.”
“In…in this kind of…situation, lovers, according to social conventions, generally…” Her voice trailed off, barely a whisper. After a long hesitation, she stammered, her face burning, “Th-they…j-join their…g*nitals…”
Theodore, who had been watching her with amusement, burst out laughing. Initial surprise gave way to a slow grin. It was quite a feat to find this amusing, given their current state. And her answer… it was as if she’d diligently studied a s*x education manual. Not that he was surprised.
“So. Do you think you’re wet enough to join g*nitals?” Vanessa’s grey eyes trembled, as if she were staring at a scoundrel, at his deliberate echoing of her own words. He took her small, struggling hand and placed it over her soaked undergarment.
“Check for yourself, Vanessa.” He covered her hand with his own, pressing it down. Her heat, damp and intense, radiated against his palm. Using her squirming fingers as his instrument, he rubbed hard against her cl*toris, swollen and prominent beneath the thin fabric.
