This was Michael.

Irene bit her lip as she thought so.

Just this morning, he had eaten with her, dived into the sea with her, and shared stories from long ago—her husband.

So, it should have been okay.

“Hhng!”

The moment that long tongue swept down her, a muffled moan escaped through her lips.

Then Michael, who had buried his face between her legs, looked up.

The straight, sharp bridge of his nose was wet and glistening with a liquid she couldn’t recognize.

“Why are you holding it in?”

“…”

“I’m saying you should keep going, because it sounds nice.”

At Michael’s words, Irene bit her lip again.

Honestly, she wanted to punch him for saying something like that. Or at least kick his shoulder.

But…

Irene lifted her head and looked at her wrists, raised and bound above her.

What was holding her wrists was a long tentacle.

It wasn’t Chomp-chomp.

Not a higher being like that, but a mere dungeon monster—one that lived stuck to the floor and dragged passing humans in by pure instinct.

With a squelching sound, the tentacle tightened its grip around her wrist.

Still, compared to her ankles, her wrists were in better shape.

Irene lowered her gaze to the tentacles gripping her widely spread ankles.

Each one had tied itself to a bedpost and was holding her legs apart.

Irene was dumbfounded.

She’d never thought she’d be tied to a bed like this, being taken by Michael.

He clicked his tongue in disapproval at the slightest attempt to move her legs.

The tentacles then spread her legs even wider, as if they understood their master’s intentions.

And now, unable to resist, Irene was offering her body to Michael in a defenseless position.

Having brought her to an unknown location, he didn’t hesitate to move to fulfill the purpose for which he had brought her.

The only good thing was that the place he’d brought her to was exactly like a human mansion.

A place with rooms, with beds.

When she was puzzled by how different it felt from the world of monsters she’d seen, Michael explained it to her, thinking her rolling eyes were cute.

“I used the memories in this body to pick a place I thought would be okay. I looked everywhere, and this seemed like the best place.”

At that, Irene recognized his lie.

Perhaps he didn’t see all the memories. If he had really seen everything, Michael would have imagined their house by the sea, not a mansion like this.

He threw her down onto the bed and climbed on top of her.

Her clothes came off with a deceptively simple ease.

As if he had no intention of putting it back on again, his rough hands ripped off the buttons and thin sections of fabric.

In fact, it would be more accurate to say that they were torn rather than taken off.

Irene was naked in an instant.

She tried to take advantage of his momentary disrobing to get away, but it was no use.

“Why?”

He asked, as if he didn’t understand.

“I thought you said you were my wife?”

“…That doesn’t mean I’m going to make love to you right now.”

At that, Michael’s expression became even more incomprehensible.

“Why? I thought you liked me.”

“Of course I like you, but…”

“No, not me.”

At that moment, without any warning, he thrust into Irene from below.

“Ugh!”

As something large forcefully pushed into a place that wasn’t even properly wet, a dull ache spread through her.

Irene gritted her teeth and endured the pain. At the same time, tears welled up in her eyes.

Before their coupling, Michael had always taken a long time to warm her up.

For that reason, even as she took him in with difficulty, she had never thought of it as painful.

But now, for the first time in a long time, she felt pain.
